The
color codes are green, cyan, blue, magenta, pink and yellow in the
order of increasing mobility.
White
lines represent the locus of hinge bending region (the most severely
constrained residues). The
slowest modes indicates a central hinge bending in region stem
region of HA. In
modes 2 & 3, the HA1 globular domains enjoy large size
fluctuations while the fibrous stem remains almost intact.
